We treat your privacy as a core principle. This document explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Quiz creation data: the name/nickname the creator provides, chosen language, selected questions and marked answers.
• Quiz response data: responder's name/nickname and answer selections.
• Payment data: handled by PayPal. We never receive or store card details. We log transaction IDs and status only.
• Technical data: IP addresses in temporary logs for security and debugging, deleted within 14 days.
• Cookies: only essential cookies (language preference, banner acknowledgment). No tracking, no third-party ads.

2. Why we use data

(a) To provide the Service (create, share, view results). (b) For personalized automated summaries. (c) To meet legal obligations.

3. Sub-processors

• PayPal — payment processing. See PayPal policy.
• Third-party text-processing provider (USA) — to generate automated summaries. Data sent is limited to aggregated percentages only, no friend names or personally identifying details. The provider is bound to standard industry security and privacy commitments.
• Hosting server — private VPS. Data stored in Israel.

4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / Israeli Privacy Law)

You have the right to access, correct, delete ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, portability, and object. To exercise, contact us. We respond within 30 days.

5. How long we keep data

Active quiz data — up to 12 months from creation, or until you request deletion. Payment records (transaction ID only) — 7 years for accounting. Technical logs — 14 days.

6. Security

HTTPS, no password storage on our side (admin access is via a secret link only). It is your responsibility to keep that link safe — losing it means losing access.

7. Policy changes

We will update this policy as needed. Material changes will be posted 30 days before they take effect.
